We are constantly monitoring the telematics from our vehicles, to ensure everything is on schedule. We can remotely access and override the temperature, to ensure best quality for your stock.

Our drivers are the best in class. They are put through a rigorous recruitment process, and we only take on drivers with experience and good customer skills. We then train all drivers the Bigfoot way – to deliver the very best to you.

If you have specific skills and working methods, we will also ensure our drivers are trained to meet those needs.

All of our drivers expect to offload and onload goods, follow onsite health and safety guidelines, and communicate with your team. That’s a given in our book.

The drivers also know we are monitoring their performance on an ongoing basis, to ensure the vehicles are being driven to maximum efficiency. We release league tables and they become quite competitive! They are also hugely proud of their vehicles – keeping them clean is very important to them.
